I already have my shirts; will you just add the logo?
No. We never intended to be a "contract" embroidery shop, but we did try it for a few years due to the high demand in the Martinsville/Henry County area. It did not work for us. Most items that were brought to us were not made to withstand the heat of the fast penetrating embroidery needle, thus gumming up our machines and causing garments to be ruined. After talking to many other shops across the country, we discovered that the majority "contract" shops actually get bulk orders of items that are made for embroidery, not the stuff you find at department stores and thrift shops. Therefore, we decided to go back to our original business plan of being a "custom" embroidery shop where we supply the goods.

I live in the area; can I pick up my order?
No. We are working in cyber space and do not have an easy accessible location or staff to handle a public pick up area at this time.

What shipping methods do you use?
UPS is our main shipper, but we have added the USPS Priority Mail option to local zip codes as an alternative.

I'm confused, please help!
