Since we have had a very high rate of returns from Production/Film/Photography companies for one time use of our garments, all merchandise purchased by these types of companies MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery to the customer.
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to get a Return Authorization Number. Failing to do so could delay your refund as we try to figure out who to credit the return to. We will also deduct an additional 10% or $10 whichever is more from your refund for our trouble.
We will email you a Return Authorization with instructions.
All returns must include the original packaging and tagging. We will not accept returns if items are not in their original 100% resalable condition. Such as items that have been altered, customized, worn, laundered, smell like smoke, covered in pet hair, reek of perfume, are soiled, wadded up, or have been generally mistreated will be refused. If your returned or exchanged items show any signs of the above, you will be notified by email that the item will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you received free shipping and return or exchange all or part of your order, the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping fees are the responsiblilty of the returnee and will not be reimbursed. We recommend you return your items using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number such as UPS, FEDEX, or UPS. Keep a record of this tracking number, you may need it.
If you refuse a package or if it is undeliverable due to you providing us an invalid address, we will deduct the return shipping fees from your refund. If we need to reship your order, we will at your expense.
A 20% Restocking fee will be applied to all orders. If you exchange the item for a different color or size, the restocking fee will be waived. You will need to provide us with your payment information so we can charge you for shipping and any price differences.
