When you visit our website, you can browse freely, play with the shopping cart, etc. We do not require you to login. We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, how you arrived to our site, what search engine
you used, and track the pages you visit. Basically, we have no clue who you are nor do we care. We use this information for statistical purposes to see if our hard work in building the website is paying off.
If you add items to our shopping cart and click on the "checkout" button, you will be taken to a secure area that is secured by a SSL certificate that ensures information is encrypted before transmission. Credit card information is not stored on our computers and is routinely deleted from the secure area.
The major credit/debit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express) are processed automatically through the Authorize.Net gateway then Chase Paymentech transfers the funds to our account. We never receive your financial information nor is it stored on our computer.
If you decided to pay using PayPal, you will be directed to PayPal's website and enter your payment information. PayPal in return will send us an email notification that the order has been paid and the money has been deposited in our account. We do not receive your financial information.
Our preferred shippers are UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service). We print labels from our computer for both which requires us to enter your shipping address. We also enter your email address so you can be notified automatically of when to expect your packages and the tracking numbers.
We retain your contact information for future email and/or direct mail promotions. You will be given the option of opting out. Your contact information is for our use only and not sold or shared with anyone.
